Role Overview

A strategic role focused on building and elevating Tribeca’s luxury brand across India. It involves driving brand positioning, leading integrated marketing campaigns, and owning end-to-end branding for project launches — from naming to execution. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality brand communication across all touchpoints. It also emphasizes data-driven decision-making, market insight, and innovative storytelling to strengthen brand impact and ROI. Ideal for a creative, analytical leader who can blend strategy with execution in a premium real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance Tribeca’s positioning in the luxury real estate segment.
Define and maintain brand identity across all projects and communications.
Lead development of creative brand campaigns aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

Campaign Management
Conceptualize, plan, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, events, PR).
Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure on-brand, high-quality output.
Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and brand consistency.

Project Branding & Launches
Lead branding for new project launches — from naming and identity creation to collaterals, launch films, and experiential events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, PR, Digital) for end-to-end project marketing readiness.

Content & Communication
Oversee development of brand content — brochures, videos, social media creatives, and website assets.
Ensure tone, messaging, and visual identity align with Tribeca’s luxury ethos.
Manage PR narratives and coordinate media interactions and influencer collaborations.

Market Intelligence & Innovation
Monitor competitor brands and emerging market trends to identify new branding opportunities.
Experiment with innovative marketing channels and brand engagement ideas.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PG in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communication.
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in luxury real estate.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale brand campaigns and product launches.
