Responsibility
· Lead the interior design strategy and execution for luxury high-rise residential projects.
· Oversee design development, approvals, and delivery across sales galleries, show homes, common areas, and residential units.
· Ensure alignment with the brand’s luxury ethos and global design sensibilities.
· Review and approve all design documentation including layouts, mood boards, material specs, and vendor presentations.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams (Project, Sales, Procurement) and external partners (consultants, architects, designers) to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.
· Maintain strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget expectations.
· Conduct regular site visits to monitor design execution and resolve on-ground challenges.
· Drive material selection, specifications, and sourcing decisions in alignment with the luxury positioning.
· Provide creative input while also ensuring feasibility, functionality, and executional efficiency.
· Support sales teams in curating impactful design narratives and customer walkthroughs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Interior Design or Architecture (mandatory).
Experience:
· 12–18 years of relevant experience.
· Developer-side experience is a must.
· Luxury residential high-rise project experience is essential.
