Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain the calendar for conference rooms.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information, and redirect queries as needed.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
