Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience Management:
Greet and host clients with the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring a warm and personalized experience from arrival to exit.
Lounge Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the luxury sales lounge including cleanliness, presentation, refreshments, and guest seating arrangements.
Coordination with Sales Team:
Support sales team in client handovers, meeting coordination, and maintaining privacy and comfort for VIP guests.
Ambience & Brand Standards:
Maintain a refined, aesthetically pleasing environment that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning – including fragrance, music, lighting, and decor.
Event Hosting:
Assist in hosting private events, walkthroughs, launch previews, and curated experiences for premium clientele.
Visitor Management & Scheduling:
Manage appointments, meeting slots, and follow-ups in coordination with CRM tools or calendars.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination:
Manage stock of brochures, branded stationery, refreshments, and coordinate with vendors for upkeep and maintenance.
Customer Feedback:
Capture guest impressions and feedback; contribute to continuous improvement of the client journey.
