Key Responsibilities:

Post-Sales Support:
Handle customer communication from booking to handover; ensure accurate and timely responses to client queries.
Documentation Handling:
Coordinate preparation and execution of agreements (e.g., Allotment Letters, Sale Agreements), registration, and related paperwork.
Payment Tracking:
Follow up with clients for milestone-based payments; coordinate with finance for receipts and reconciliations.
CRM System Management:
Maintain updated customer records, follow-ups, reminders, and status updates in CRM software.
Handover Coordination:
Assist in final inspection, snag rectification updates, and handover documentation in coordination with project and facility teams.
Client Interaction:
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing courteous and timely support both over phone and in person.
Reports & MIS:
Generate periodic reports for internal teams regarding client status, dues, registrations, and queries.
