Role: Manager/ Sr Manager – Luxury Real Estate
What We Are Looking For:
 Proven track record with medium to large real estate developers.
 Experience in closing residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects.
 High lead-to-closing conversion ratio.
 Expertise in direct sales, channel partners, corporate sales, and referral networks.
 Strong understanding of government policies, real estate transaction procedures, and RERA
regulations.
Who You Are:
 Master’s degree from a reputed management institute.
 12+ years of experience in direct sales, with at least 3+ years in premium/luxury real estate.
 Successful track record in selling luxury properties (INR 4 Cr+ segment).
 Prior experience with a high-volume real estate organization.
 A hands-on leader who is highly analytical and detail-oriented.
 Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
 Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
 Proficiency in managing the sales process from planning to closing.
 Deep industry knowledge and business acumen.
 Excellent relationship-building, time management, and planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and drive the sales team to achieve targets.
2. Develop and implement innovative sales and promotional strategies.
3. Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales goals.
4. Oversee lead generation, ATL activities, forecasting, and customer service management.
5. Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies for multiple projects.
6. Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking to optimize sales strategies.
7. Educate clients on market trends, rental returns, and investment appreciation.
8. Adapt to dynamic sales environments and weekend work schedules when necessary.
9. Demonstrate strong people management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical
skills.
