We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Team Lead to drive sales of commercial office spaces and retail stores within our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sourcing:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract potential tenants and buyers for commercial and retail spaces.
• Identify and establish relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Utilize digital platforms, real estate networks, and offline channels to generate leads.
2. Sales Execution:
• Drive sales transactions to achieve revenue targets..
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and meetings with prospects.
3. Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers to enhance performance and productivity.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and guidance on sales strategies, negotiation, and customer engagement.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, demand patterns, and competitor offerings.
• Suggest pricing strategies and promotional campaigns based on market insights.
5. Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for repeat business.
• Address client queries, concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business.
• 10-12 years of experience in real estate sales, or commercial property transactions.
• Strong network of brokers, corporate clients, and real estate professionals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
